Counselling, Bowen Therapy & Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy are combined in whichever way is most helpful to that person. It may be that just two of these would be best or it may be all three.
The beauty of the combination-therapy approach is that each element reinforces the other, so that both mind and body are soothed, enabling relaxation and enhancing clarity of thought.
It is a supportive, helpful, empowering and lovely experience.
Offering a combination of therapies can mean that sessions may be a little longer but, because this is not purely about making money and because the ethos at The Woodland Haven is to enable access to therapy, you will find that the price of a session is so reasonable.

If you would like to arrange for longer sessions, giving more time to any therapy that you particularly enjoy and benefit from, this can be arranged individually. The maximum session offered is 2 hours (Counselling + SFH + Bowen Therapy) - a stunning session!
